Opening thoughts
Hi dears,
we had three opening thoughts this time, the first one from Ilya Prigogine (Nobel Prize-winning chemist):
“When a complex system is far from equilibrium,
small islands of coherence in a sea of chaos
have the capacity to shift the entire system
to a higher order.”
And two quotes from St. Francis of Assisi:
“Remember that when you leave this earth,
you can take with you nothing that you have received -
only what you have given;
a full heart enriched by honest service,
love, sacrifice, and courage.”
And
“True progress quietly and persistently moves along without notice.”
