Dear all,
Journaling can be a powerful practice to clarify and transmute otherwise confused or ambivalent energy. It is a great resource, timeless and self-paced, especially for the highly attuned, but also for introverted people; the sensitive, the gifted, the intuitive.
When you are a busy person, or haven’t written in a while, it can sometimes be hard to get started, or to keep going. What to write about? Am I doing this right? Sometimes it can be helpful to have a question that can guide you in your process. For this reason, I’ve created this workbook for you.
You can use one of these questions per day for a guided journaling process. You may go in order or pick a random page, as you prefer. The questions in this workbook are designed to foster greater self-knowing, with their core values centering around compassion, calm, presence, and connection.
You can use this workbook on any of your devices to be your journal on the go for the next three months. For the full visceral experience, and if you have access to a printer, I recommend printing it and writing by hand. Writing things down pen-to-paper is shown to improve our memory and to help us integrate insights more quickly, intensifying the process you’re embarking on. Use your favorite pen.
(If you haven’t had one of those in a long time, this is the perfect time to go and get a new one.)
