Welcome to Imbue,

a home and community for the highly attuned.

Imbue is a place for the sensitive and the gifted, for the empaths and the intuitives. What started as a collection of poetic essays is growing into a home for resources and community. Imbue provides a calm and thoughtful space for those that sense deeply, as a weekly-ish respite from an often noisy online space, as a place for connection with others who are just like you, and as a source for personal and professional growth.

Monthly Letters

Monthly letters are free for all subscribers. Imbue also provides insights into ancient knowledge and wisdom traditions, connecting the dots most often forgotten nowadays but necessary for a fundamental understanding of the process of healing: Psychology, philosophy, and spirituality. Meet me at the intersection of depth psychology, epistemology, ancestral and indigenous knowing, mysticism, alchemy, shamanic work, and poetry.

In-Depth Essays

Imbue publishes poetic essays on the intersection of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality that aim to nourish and inspire the highly attuned as well as therapists, healers, researchers, and artists.

A short version of the essays is available for you to read for free, and your first full essay is free to unlock for you as well. Occasional public posts are also available to read for free. If the writing resonates with you, you may consider becoming a paid subscriber to receive full access. Paid subscribers also receive a voice-over of the essays. Your support makes it possible for me to build Imbue into a nourishing home and resource space that you may access in your own quiet space and at your own pace.

Imbue Podcast

Imbue now also features conversations with other health and healing practitioners on relevant topics of mental health. These aim to bring different perspectives and disciplines together, facilitating an enriched understanding and inspiration for your own life and work.

The Library

For everyone and practitioners, The Library is a book-of-the-month sort of feature. You’ll find books worth reading here, thought-provoking, obscure, or category-bending, leaning outside of the bestselling lists, which get enough publicity elsewhere. I love to go book-hunting in the dusty catacombs of vintage stores and the internet alike, and when I find something good, you’ll see it here.

Resources and Community for the Sensitive and the Gifted

Paid subscribers receive full access to exclusive resources, such as workbooks. There are also community resources available for those that work with me 1:1 or in a group setting. I am in the process of adding more resources for connection and your personal process.

This is the Time to Connect

Our world is rapidly changing, and in it, the sensitive and the gifted are needed more than ever. We need to change the way in which we relate to the world, the way in which each one of us is showing up to what is presented to us any given day. It is my hope that Imbue can serve as an encouragement to break out of the old ways and have new, brave conversations that go deeper than the current discourse, but also that you may find a community of like-minded, like-hearted souls here that encourage you to become visible in the world and step into the life and work that you are meant to do.
